What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, organisation, email address, selected service interest, and message. When you request a free bespoke nasheed, we also collect your organisation’s website, job title, work phone or WhatsApp number, campaign brief, messaging preferences, and your preference about a separate support conversation. You may optionally provide CEO and fundraising or marketing work contacts you are authorised to share. Please do not submit private personal contact details or confidential beneficiary information.
How we use it
We use this data only to respond to your enquiry, assess project fit, and provide requested service information. We do not sell personal data. For nasheed requests, we use the information to review your brief, confirm availability, and discuss next steps. A conversation about other services is separate, and we respect your stated preference. Submissions are stored in our enquiry database and sent to our team using our email service provider.
Retention and access
We retain enquiry information only as long as needed for client communications and business records. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@amanahlabs.co.
